I think we all see the upside in a top pick, but honestly, having Thomas and Kyrou excel through adversity like this is better for our future. Learning the small difference between being terrible and winning is important.

Kyrou especially needed the lesson, and he's been great since his terrible start.

Greiss was VERY good last night. and Bortz is playing his best hockey in awhile

hats off to Berube for redoing the lines and hitting it perfectly.

Leivo with ROR/Saad keeps getting better. he seems to be getting more comfortable, and he meshes with those 2 perfectly. needed that bad

my biggest concern is the kids. they've played really well lately, which is much needed. but, and there's always a but, is it because they've been put on a line together, OR, is it because they're now the 3rd line and getting more favorable matchups. Barby seems to play REALLY well with them too

so.. a little bit of one, the other, some of all of the above?
