I've been a Leaf fan too long. That only happens during playoff games now.

Brodie was not with anybody. He chased Kucherov into the corner for Boosh to seal the wall and instead of retreating to the slot he went up the LW wall again after Duclair with Dewar in the vicinity, leaving the net front exposed.

Boosh goes to the corner, Kampf is net front (chases out of his spot and man - Point) and Brodie keeps inside position the third forward. (Duclair)

No point debating, you either see it or you dont, but it's pretty basic stuff

Those are not rookie mistakes though. Those are just flaws in fundamentals
He should be square at the shooter, not sure why he was half and half there

If he played like that, nobody would have said anything. He was unplayable for awhile.

Opinions can change based on how people play. It's that simple. If he keeps playing like that down the stretch, he won't come out.

He absolutely was unplayable. I didn't love the contract, and I didn't like how he was playing either. He was awful.
