I think the idea of moving Callahan would be to free money.

Tampa Bay is NOT trading Drouin to free up less than $2M in cap space. They could just trade Garrison or Coburn (though I think that'd be a mistake), who wouldn't really need a pick/player packaged with them to get a deal done like Flip and Callahan likely would.

This isn't good for Tampa.
