To my understanding, it's because many felt she "led the charge" against TonyD and his issues and didn't like that she frequently posted on social media about topics that were outside the purview of hockey. Although that same kind of vitriol wasn't thrown at her male colleagues that often did the same thing, so make of that what you will.

Also, id love to see an entirely feline hockey league. Cats on skates or the CHL.

Ah, got it. I do remember the non-hockey tweets, but I guess I didn’t care about them as much as some other folks did.

Ngl, I'm a little worried concerned anxious apprehensive(?) about Freddy. Part is due to him playing 14 straight (not physically, plenty of rest mixed in there, more potential psychological build up) but also possible additional emotional strain from the Lemieux thing.
