Annoying, I'd hope to see Sweden go all out for a game for once instead of playing passive but unless Canada - Finland goes to overtime this game don't matter at all, not to mention the prestige is some what gone anyway since US don't really have anything to play for.

Unfortunate that this will likely be an inconsequential game. Should have switched start times with the Canada Finland game.

Swedens strengths has always been the collective, pyck possesion, defense, and some offensive star. Now there is just Forsberg and Nylander that is somewhat elite up front. E Pettersson a player that is truly superior against not elite opposition, but meh against elite. He should be a 2nd line 2 way center.
Sweden just lacks a centerpunch. EP is never great is NT. And Zibanejad is declining, Backström is injured , and also to old if he was healthy. Leo Carlsson shouldnt be the top line C, but should be the next 1C. Sad to say, Elias is just not a true 1C.
I think Sweden should stay with their lines, chemistry takes time. But I would myslef like to change lines a bit

I predict Cananda takes 3 points and this game only decides where in the group Sweden finishes.
If Finland wins then hats off to them but I still think USA will win the tournament if that is the case.
On the other hand Finland has had som huge upsets in the last years, they have a generation of new players that are used to winning international tournaments rather than losing (as used to be the case in the old days)
