He will be playing behind a MUCH better blueline. He's not going to see 2nd opportunities and shots will be kept to the outside for the most part. Binnington just needs to stay focused.

Not that I think IIHF stats tell us much, but the D in front of Binnington is gonna be much worse in this tournament when compared to the talent level of the opponents. Yeah those guys last spring weren't the cream of the crop, but they were still NHLers going up against forwards from Denmark or Belarus a lot of the time.

I find it hard to believe people think these guys aren't going to be going all out, at least for Canada/USA. First time for Nate to play with Sid (though I thought they played one World Championship together), doesn't happen often and they're straight competitors.
