Yeah. All-star games are usually a reflection of who's considered the best player on a team or somebody who's had a couple of good years. Imagine if say, Sid Crosby was having a bad year... that doesn't mean people paying to see the game don't want him there.

It's not a surprise Suzuki was selected. He's deserving of it.

I do suspect though that Caufield will emerge as our star in the future. But that can be discussed in the CC vs Suzuki thread.

Dec 10th is when Suzuki's production started sucking. Just before that the team was on a 4 game trip, he had 5 pts in 4 games. Since that trip (since dec 10) his production is 5 pts in 15 games. This coincides with the holidays, people play more games around that time.

But like you stated it could be many other reasons, MY GUESS was video games.

As for Mesar, it's pretty clear from his play that he was not even ready for top6 AHL duties, nevermind NHL duty. You call yourself not afraid of making a mistake and then you can't own how wrong you were about Mesar.
