These Are The Days

Annnnndddddd Teeny manages to out do Liz for shit fit of the year.
Holy f***. This season could be a GOAT depending on how it plays out. I was not going to be satisfied with Caroline smiling her way to the end. And for as much as I love Teeny, that was the most disingenuous rant I have ever heard. She might as well howled for Applebees for good measure. Her and Sue winning is the bad ending of the choose your own adventure
Oh yeah. Andy is an actual genius
Yeah Andy was dead man walking and I'm glad he saw the writing on the wall. Lost in the action and drama was how this was a move to save his skin too. He was getting fed to the sharks as soon as Sam and G were out and he knew it. Too few players see the writing on the wall in that situation and are content to just be kicked off. See: Denise vs Todd, Courtney and Amanda in Survivor ChinaWas a great episode. I was real mad about Rachel, Andy, Caroline, Sue, and Teeny being the final 5. I'd probably just not watch the rest of the finale. At least at this point one of Sam or Genevieve will make it to 5 and I think both have a pretty good chance from there to make it into the final 3.
I'd want to take them to the end, but Teeny and Sue are buns. Looked like Teeny is spilling the beans to Sam, Genevieve, and Andy about Rachel's block a vote, which just seems like another terrible move in her terrible game. Sue should definitely make it to 5 if she remembers to play her idol. With Rachel being able to idol herself to final 5 as well, Teeny would be the only one of those three who could go home. If Sam, Andy, and Genevieve stick together, she is gone.
Andy started off on an insane note, but he has provided some quality entertainment. He definitely wanted to take credit for the move, which the Jury seemed to pick up on, and it would, and probably should, get him the win if he makes final 3. Without winning Immunity, he wasn't going to make it past 5.
In almost every season 2 or 3 women talk about resurrecting the Black Widow Brigade and it's literally the 1 thing no one has ever asked to see again. It's gotta be a dozen times it's been suggested since Parvati and the others went and did it with only Kim Spradlin and her troupe following through.Of course as soon as I say the season's lost momentum, we get a great episode.
Was Andy faking all his emotional crap in the first episode?

Well executed move by Andy, but I still don't think he has much of a shot at winning. Only chance he has is in a final three with Teeny and Sue. Can't imagine he beats the other three. I don't think he's all that well respected by the other players. The way the jury said, "Andy flipped again" didn't really seem like they meant that in a positive way. Even heading into next week, I'm not sure he's in a great spot. He knows that Rachel/Sue/Teeny are an alliance of three and Rachel has a block-a-vote. That means he basically has to flip back to them or hope that everyone turns on someone like Rachel. Add onto that - Rachel also has an idol, Sue has an idol and Sam/Genevieve have a fake idol.
I really wish they didn't include that confessional early in the episode where Caroline talked about how she could envision herself making it to the final three and winning. As soon as she said that, I figured she was going to go home. Really took away some of the suspense from the episode.
Also, Sue telling Caroline she had dirt on her face was hilarious.
I think Andy legitimately lost his marbles early on and then settled in and coasted off the "too crazy to be a threat" vibe until he worked his way into the middle and was able to make actual moves. He seems to be playing quite a masterful game in the middle right now. He's working a lot of different angles and doesn't seem to be pissing people off too badly. Hard to tell though, since we don't really see anything form the jury.Yeah Im having a hard time reading Andy. Is he just a good actor, and a mastermind too? Or did he just get lucky from creating chaos at this stage of the game where chaos opens up a lot of doors, and then thinking he's a genius?
Last time I felt like that was with Gabler and he won. And I feel like Gabler wasn't as socially awkward as Andy is. So are jury members going to believe Andy's mastermind story or completely dismiss it because they don't respect his personality and game?
It's one thing for him to say during his jury speech, assuming he gets there, that he faked his fumbling personality and that it was all calculated moves. And it's another thing for jury members to buy it.
Exactly what I was thinking. And as he was flat on his back being attended to by medical staff he kept saying to Probst, "I thought I was getting voted out."Would be a great way for people not to see you as a threat
The title of the episode already spoiled the entire episode. "Operation Italy" They wouldn't title the ep that if it wasn't successful. I didn't mind since they still did a great job making it look like it wouldn't be successful. I'm gonna stop reading the ep titles.
Once we found out what Operation Italy was, I thought it could go either way:
1. Andy was actually into it and events unfold as they did.
2. Andy was lying to Sam and Genevieve about the whole plan and was going to vote with the other four the whole time, but this gave him information about the real Idol/Advantage situation with Sam and Genevieve.
After Rachel won Immunity, I thought there was a good chance Andy would back out of the plan for one of the other 3, especially when his best chance to win is probably against 2 of those 3. It is a testament to how insane Andy's actions are in the game. He legit could have gone either way. They even showed Sam and Genevieve in the trees talking about how they "hoped" it was a real, but didn't want to get too excited about it because, why would he?
I'm still not sure it was the best move for Andy's game. I feel like the most important thing you could do at this point is just win Immunity, especially when you don't have a tight 3 or 4. His move took out someone who doesn't really have a shot at winning an Immunity challenge rather than someone who can definitely beat him.
I don't think last week hurt Rachel's stock much and id she uses all her advantages she is the favorite; I agree with Teeny and Sue, but basically invert your rankings (I think Sam and Gen are close to tied)Power rankings:
1. Genevieve
2. Sam
3. Andy
4. Rachel
Tiny and Sue can’t win the game.
How does it not hurt her stock? She had every opportunity to get a major competitor to win out (Sam or Genevieve, but it seems like they were planning on Sam) and instead one of her allies (Caroline) went home. Her alliance (controlled by her) had all the control on that vote. She could've even rebutted the Andy vote by playing her "steal a vote" or by simply not falling for the "split the vote" thing and yet the one she wanted out stayed and one of her allies went home.I don't think last week hurt Rachel's stock much and id she uses all her advantages she is the favorite; I agree with Teeny and Sue, but basically invert your rankings (I think Sam and Gen are close to tied)
That was a great episode. One of the best in years.
Andy finally acted. Good for him. Might be too little too late, but we’ll see. Good for Genevieve and Sam for being able to be able to stay in it with everyone against them. If one of them gets to the final 3, I think they have to win. But we’ve seen bad juries before, so I’m not confident that someone like Tiny or Sue wouldn’t deliberately vote against them for a worse player.
I think that episode was a big hit to Rachel’s stock. She got totally duped. That blindside only works if literally everyone on the other side is clueless to what’s about to occur. They had all the numbers and the advantages and everything and simply got outfoxed.

1. Genevieve

Sam, Rachel and Andy would arguably be the best final 3 in history. If Sue somehow gets there, it'll be the biggest goat dragged to the end since Sherri in Caramoan
