I hate to be the only one here that think this looks terrible. I dunno who some of these characters are but they look horrible.

Super Hero movies are kinda getting old now, Ill watch this one day when it comes to streaming services.
I do think we are at a saturation point. But, the core ones for DC should still do well with a solid story. Means, no more Shazam/Blue Beetle level characters. Same with Marvel. You saw it with Sony's spiderverse with Morbius/Kraven/Madame Web. Box office flops.

I give Gunn the benefit of the doubt considering how well he was able to handle multiple characters in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

The one thing I like from that slip is that Gunn has brought back the humour that were in the Reeves movies. Dark Knight was always suppose to be dark. But Superman always had a sense of humour that I think the last 20 years of superman have lacked

I agree. Zack Snyder and his corny fixation on darkness always was a bad choice for Superman.
