For the life of me I will never understand the people who live and die with the halftime show. I don't love or hate it. To me it's just usually boring and a waste of time.

I don't dislike Usher, but were these songs popular. I don't think I have heard either of the first 2 before. Admittedly I haven't been 20 for quite a while, but it's only been the last few years i have been out

Now we get Alicia, this I know

Usher has enough good songs that he's a good pick for super bowl halftime. Even if it's not your type of music there should be at least a couple songs you think are alright.

Belichick benched Malcolm Butler for an entire super bowl for reasons we still don't know. I think he would have locked Kelce in the stadium cellar at halftime if Kelce treated him like him like he did to Reid earlier.

And I reiterate I have nothing against Usher. I am sure I like some of his most popular songs when I hear them come on. But to me this is so bland.

Now finally we have some buzz

I'm not even gonna call it bad. For all I know it was great from a musical perspective. I'll let the experts debate good vs. bad but to me it was simply a snoozer.
