It's just the fact you are lifting especially when you hit your back. Good back workouts will improve your posture.
Thanks. I don't do anything special for my back but I think I work it out as one of the side effects.

BTW, not sure where I was in my last post here but I've been dieting since August 19th of last year and lost just about 60 pounds. I feel like I can drop a little more, but then again I'm working on the muscle. I hate the ambiguity of adding muscle and losing fat and not knowing what the net pounds would be.
Good work. Now don't ****ing ruin it by letting yourself go. Keep at it.
BTW, I have a question. Since I started dieting a lifting my posture has greatly improved. Is that due to losing weight or or adding muscle? Honestly, I'm a short guy (under 5'4) but I "grew" probably a couple of inches.
I realized I didn't mention the Rock in my post just because he is so front and center and obvious.
I still bet you are taller than Zucc. lol. Anyway, yeah when you lose weight, you don't grow but you are putting less pressure on your knees and whatnot, so are likely standing taller. I guess. Not 100 percent sure. All I know is when losing the weight, I don't get tired or out of breath when I walk a flight of stairs anymore. I do a lot of walking whether it's in the city or if I'm at theme park in Florida which I go to often, have annual passes there. I can go a whole day without taking much of a break, less weight on my feet and knees. You feel the difference. I was around 200lbs now am down to like 165-170 now and mostly muscle.
I can run now without dying. I feel so light. Like I'm not hauling a fatass around.
Can't do it. The only person who I notice really is Matt Fraser. Guy is just a beast.Indulge me in this: one of my guilty pleasures is looking at celebrities' body transformations when they need get into a role.
Hate running. The only time I do is if it is programmed in. Other than that, I am the card carrying president of the "Running Sucks" club. That is the best feeling, not feeling winded.

He completes some workouts in 2 minutes, whereas I would struggle to get in at 20.Just looked him up. Yes, he is. My guess is he is an endomorph who has genetics on his side.

On another topic, I saw Terry Crews at the gym a couple months ago and I don't think I've ever seen anyone so strong in-person in my entire life.
If you re doing Oly lifts, aren't you cleaning already? Or are you differentiating between power and squat cleans? You doing overhead squats as well?Olympic lifts, bench press variations, pull ups, dips, shoulder press, squats and deadlifts are the crux of my workouts, then I throw in a lot of isolated movements. I need to incorporate some power cleans. My washed up ass is on the rink around twice a week. I find it very difficult to run 1.5 miles before doing any lifting, it impacts my workout a lot so trying to find a happy medium.
