they're seems something deeper here, vengefulness to me.

However whatever happens to Roberts he won't be missed, gives more opportunities for some our younger prospects on D. It's too bad we gave away too much for him.
That makes the decision between Ewles and Roberts an easy one if in fact he doesn’t want to return. I think Ewles likes it here?

It's a rebuild year, no need to shop for an OA d-man, give Blonda, Smith, Wreggit, Kearns, Connors, and anyone else all the ice time and experience to develop and learn.
An OA defenceman is needed to help guide along a young blue line. Otherwise Mews and O’Dell have to do all the dirty work and get overplayed like McCoy and DeAngelis were. I like the potential but the new kids have to be protected a bit

Beites

Kearns Blonda
O'Dell Ewles(OA)
Smith Connors
Wreggitt, Bruce

Walton Villeneuve Pharand(OA)
Chitaroni Chovan Nemec
Henderson Clayton Coughlan(OA)
1st 09 Dean Doucet
Battling for spots:
Ryan, Najda, McCharles, Walker, 2nd 09, Eccleston, Brehmer, Booth
I feel like Karson Chartier will contend for a spot in net next season. I know his time in Sarnia looked a little shaky but watching the games he played with the Cubs this season I think he looked very good. Moves good and looks huge in the net. I seen him make some ridiculous saves this season. I suppose a lot will have to do with Beites' willingnes to sign and play.

I really hope I'm wrong but I think there's 0 chance we see Nemec, and slightly higher then 0 chance we see Chovan.

Does anyone not look good on the Cubs? Wolves really need an affiliate in a more competitive league. Everyone looks like a future superstar on the cubs, then comes up to the wolves and ends up looking generally pretty mediocre.

Odds are very good that Chovan is here next year. Nemec is more wishful thinking at this point. Hopefully we see Chovan and another solid Import join the foward ranks next season. Lots of opportunity in the top-6

Difference between the NOJ and the OHL is astronomical, especially on a top team like the Cubs playing 50+% bottom feeders. The NOJ is even a tier below the other Ontario Jr leagues like the CCHL and OJHL.

Factor in that Chartier is an 06' and you have to hope Beites signs, though he had a pretty poor year at St. Andrews as well.

@OHL4Life isn't fabricating anything and isn't being personal. He's just direct and his information is accurate. I think there is dislike around the league from how Papineau operates but not necessarily for the organization itself.

that is pretty much it, location has potential to be the best in the ohl like niagara, but need someone to do it the right way. and that person may not be able to live in sudbury either.

did you lose out a job offer from the organization? serious question.

Musty not playing tn... Villy already a fan favourite lol

Villy and Didiomete need their #'s retired for sacrificing their brains for the team

Projecting: At NHL level, is Villie Top 6, Middle 6 or bottom 6? He has so much more value than fighting…I see him as a solid middle 6 player. Peaks out as a strong 2nd line guy or a perfect 3rd line Center. The toughness and fearlessness is a big part of his game, but there is so much more..
