Once again nice TEAM win.
Really liked the overall DZone play and blocking shots along the way. Playing with discipline.
Marshall was calm and once again shows he is more than capable.
I really liked the line combos and D pairing. Seems weird but Roberts and Blonda (before his benching) play well together. Where Roberts gets himself in a little trouble is when he chases too much in DZone. Mews was really good at both ends.
Villy was an overall beast again, I predict he’ll soon be signing his ELC with the Kraken.
Kids getting lots of experience and playing very well.
So the question I have: Who put Streetcar on the PP? Barney or Paps?
Whomever, great decision…

Its a fun team to watch when they are putting in the effort. Villy is most defitinly a beast out there but I continue to be impressed with Musty's work ethic and back check as of late. Just wish either of them could wear off on Walton a little, too often I feel he only puts in the effort when in possession of the puck.
Baby steps for Walton. I’d be happy with incremental improvements each game…he has been noticeably better of late. Not where it needs to be but trending upwards from zero.

I suggested putting Streetcar on the PP a couple of weeks ago on these very pages, to go stand in front of the net and force the other team to pay attention to him while 88,27,22,and 95 or 96 moved the puck around.
Maybe Barney and Paps were reading....😁

Maybe Barney RinP listens to no one they used McCoy in that position also so they do have options.

And maybe you're just disappointed because you were very quick to shoot down the idea when I suggested it.
So much negativity is so sad.......
But it's certainly come to be expected.

Game against Oshawa will be a good test. 3 of the last 9 games of the season against Oshawa who they could very well be playing in the first round of the playoffs. Add in a game against Barrie and another against Brantford, we'll see how they can match up against the cream of the crop in the east.

You are a Papineau puppet, and using street car or McCoy on the Pp is demonstrating they are trying different tactics prior to the playoffs and I am all for that. Your boy deserves all the negativity he gets from myself and others on this board. He earned that by putting last years team along with this years team in the most backward direction.
