he was right on top of it, he was not out of position, blew it down.Yes ther is a double whistle but you CAN'T see where the puck is from the live broadcast video from behind the benches.
Have you considered there is a reason the colts did not post it to twitter like all the other goals?I would love to see the overhead view with the sounds of the whistle though.
I understand where he was, the broadcast even said it. There are 2 reasons a ref would blow the play dead in a situation like this. 1 they can't see the puck or 2 the puck is covered. The ref as we agree was right on top of the play so didn't lose sight of the puck. That means he thought that Kwachuck has the puck covered and upon review saw the puck wasn't covered and reversed it. That is what I take from what I saw.he was right on top of it, he was not out of position, blew it down.
replay also with no sound? wtfHave you considered there is a reason the colts did not post it to twitter like all the other goals?
Don't follow the colts so wouldn't see.Have you considered there is a reason the colts did not post it to twitter like all the other goals?
It does not matter if the whistle was blown in error or mistake, it's a dead play whether Krawchuk has it covered or not.I understand where he was, the broadcast even said it. Yep, chucky is the only reason we didn't blow the game completely in regulationanyways team got a point out of this, great first period, and hung in rest the way. Krawchuck had another good game.
Unless it's an imminent scoring chance, ie if we knock our net off and the puck goes though the normal position on the net on an imminent shot the goal counts. It does not matter if the whistle was blown in error or mistake, it's a dead play whether Krawchuk has it covered or not.
DeleteLet's go through this again.
They ref rules initially no goal.
All the refs huddled by the box and without reviewing the play Wilmont again waived off the goal.
As that was happening the ref upstairs was calling down.
While Wilmont was having his conversation with Williamson the other ref was on the phone upstairs and Wilmont was called over and then they reviewed it.
