Florida is too fast and deep for Jones to have a role. He can hit and get hemmed in. Any potential benefit isn’t worth the weakness

I still think if you have to play him, you’re in trouble. Means lots of injuries or severe lack of contribution from other depth players . Jones seemed like an AHLer at best in his earlier audition. I mean, yes he can be a banger but I think they need more than just that against FLA.

Anyone suggesting Jones as an option should be shaking their head.

He'd be close to Josh Brown in terms of negative impact. He'd be getting hemmed in and then benched, leaving us playing effectively down a man.

Not a chance he should be sniffing this lineup. Including against Florida.
