From Chatbot: "Microplastics are capable of triggering cytotoxicity and chronic inflammation, and may promote cancer through mechanisms such as pro-inflammatory responses, oxidative stress and endocrine disruption."

So, I guess the way to get around this might be to homestead and use more wood. While also replanting.

Wait, so I need to make a Chatbot out of wood?

Get rid of plastic food containers, water jugs, etc. Been doing this for years. Never warm anything up in the microwave in plastic regardless if it says its safe. Years ago I worked with a guys who still warmed up food in those plastic margarine containers. I told him that shit causes cancer and he said Oh well. Not long after he was diagnosed and immediately made the change. Not that that was the cause but he really started taking his health more seriously.
