Then we see Bennett either accept the challenge and get rag dolled or turning down the challenge and crowd can just chant “chicken” lol

Then have one shift of nothing offensive. Just set up panthers to get hit hard and clean. Maybe Patches instead of Domi

I wish I shared your optimism. Hopefully the Leafs tighten up the play in front of Will to give him a chance.

In 2023 he came in relief for sammy and his numbers were nearly identical to last nights. The following games he was 24/25, and 40/43. Those are pretty solid numbers, if he can play at that level as he did then, and in the Boston series, we should hopefully have a good chance.

It was a tough position to be in, not having played in nearly 3 weeks. Hopefully, hes well prepared and can play like he has in past playoff performances as a starter.

Can't target him. Just need to target them all and play the opportunities game. They are playing the psychological game. They are saying we are crazy and will hurt you unless you give up. So really the only answer in sports is we can get crazy too.

Problem is the Leafs have physical payers, but we don't have greasy players. Players who play on the edge.

All our physical players play an honest game and sometimes it irks me that we don't have players like that sometimes

Because we had greasy players in the early 00's and that was "the second most dirty team in NHL history" according to Bettman, who decided he would never let that happen again. So any time anybody in Toronto starts to play like how Tucker and Corson used to, the league comes down on them like a hammer.
