Very solid deal. I don't see a lot of risk, as Neighbors likely tops out as a 20-25 goal guy and gets a bit of a raise on his next deal, but he could also end up being a long-term 15 goal third liner. Having to give him a 2-million bump on his next contract is preferable to an 8 year deal overpaying him by 2-million.
