He's ok as an AHL callup, but, i would rather see the younger players like Buchinger, Loof, and other younger defenders playing everyday in the AHL instead.

He’s just too slow for the NHL.

Bummer because he seems like a good kid and is not a bad player otherwise. Decent offensive instincts, pretty good shot, VERY physical and not afraid to drop the gloves…his skating is just not good enough.

He’s already made a remarkable career already for a 7th round pick tho, props to him!
