WJC: Statsy's WJC Pool: Year 6

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. This Draft will commence Dec 15th at:

8:00 AM PST,
11:00 AM EST,
5:00 PM CET


The Statsy WJC Pool is back for its sixth edition!


The scoring system remains the same as in previous years, allowing each entrant to not only compete with the other members of the pool, but with your own previous drafts.

The Scoring System:
We will snake draft 6 forwards, 3 defensemen, and 1 goalie.
Goal = 1 point
Assist = 1 point
Win = 2 points
Shutout = 2 points

Okay, Kingslayer, you are the alternate and everyone else is now back from next year, so tomorrow morning we'll get the show on the road! Once again, starting time will be 8:00 AM PST, 11:00 AM EST, 5:00 PM CET.
 
Ah, I realize that... :D Sorry about that :( and thanks for waiting for me. I am so busy last few months. I am not checking on HFBoards as much as I used to do in the past, but I will definitely change it during Christmas and WJC! :)

Guess I'm gonna have to defend my titles as WJC Pool champion, and WJC Pool Worst Pun Writer. Gonna be tough to do both this year again. Might have to just settle for the latter.

The art of puntry is to make a joke based on Root words. The best puns are made by branching off of the root word or root pun. When this is executed properly (instead of a lumbering joke that doesn't land) the audience will soil themselves with laughter.
