Leafs was playing great, samsonov let 2 beach ball goes in...keefe keep him on net and thats created what we saw... for finally removing him at 4-1 when everyone know he was not there and his positionning was trash

Hard to play with confidence with a goalie playing that way with every shot was looking like a roller coaster...

It’s not just the goaltending.
Brodie and Gio are both done.
And they have 2 minor leaguers filling in.
And then you have klingberg.
Worst d core for the leafs I’ve ever seen.

While all true, my issue that period was with he forwards. They were literally doing nothing other than the one shift. I guess they felt that was enough to show how good they are.

Leafs have allowed 3+ goals in 9 of 12 games this season. Disgusting.

We brought in a ton of players who are bad defensively and our goaltending has been suspect... I didn't expect it to be this bad, but I expected more goals against.

I am just praying these guys are struggling to learn the system and this is not the new norm.

Yes and other worse players were chosen over them...you don't think they would've been interested in re-signing? The team moved on.

Shanny and Keefe should've been gone when Dubas left.

When they started the season with the Core Four the writing was on the wall. I rarely even watch their games now, I respect my time too much.

The Leafs are like a government agency, they print money, people don't work very hard nor do they need to show results.

Our power play breakout is pathetic. Pass the puck back to the last guy in our own zone and he brings it up the ice to a log jam of our own players waiting at the blue line. By then there's nobody to pass to so he dumps it in and hopes we can get possession. Pathetic.
