Very tough 0 point loss, deserved something. Oh well. Just have to get in the playoffs. Carolina looking incredibly beatable.

It will be the one consolation if we miss the playoffs. New regime.
That said, I'm not hoping it happens out of spite, but it's really hard to see this team doing ugatz in the playoffs this year.
We'll lose in 5 to Carolina (if not to Washington/Atlantic winner if we fall into the wild card, which is still VERY MUCH on the table) with the one win coming in like game 2 of the series on the road, before they finish us off at home in games 4 and 5.
It looks like the Jackets will get 2 points tonight. We are at the worry point. Not panic, but worry.

I've defended Timo to death the past few weeks but that was next level of garbage from him. He needs to wake up and FAST
The 8.8 million dollar man….to think he was paid significantly more than Bratt. I’ve been extremely patient with Meier but at some point the rubber meets the road. So underwhelming.

This team has to throw the kitchen sink at the goalie to even have a f***ing hope of scoring a couple of goals, and even then 2/3 of the forwards produce literally nothing.
Have to give credit where credit is due. Jack was possessed that period. Did all he could, just didn't get any help
It’s on him for not taking the timeout at 2:30ish (after the Palat chance). The top line only had a second break and went back out there and could only go for 30 seconds. It caused a sloppy change. Take a timeout there and they are fully rested and ready for a full shift.

I generally agree but it's time to do things that we don't want to do and hope we get lucky. It's only a year.
The two week break for the 4 Nations absolutely killed our momentum. There. Excuse #238 on the season.
