Ottinger had a good game. He and Rantanen were the stars of the game. Jets carried the game the majority of the way. Maybe not let them score hat tricks, guys.

Great game of two good teams. Similar to the St Louis series, some timely errors cost us.

They also need to come out stronger in Game 2 because that first ten minutes was abysmal.

Good game. Helle played like vezina helle. Those types of goals happen. Nice change of pace not playing a team whose whole strategy is to injure.

For some reason, I'm ok with losing game one. Seems to be a theme in the series we lose that the Jets win and then lose four straight.

We have to target Rantanen, or we are going to lose the series.

Ehlers has to stop being so fancy with the puck. Just shoot, or pass. He's given it up at very awkward times, and at times just keeps the puck too long at key scoring opportunities.

Overall, the Jets played well, and they should come back. We just did not get the brakes.

Also for the love of god please put Iafallo on that 3rd line.

Ehlers has to simplify his game a bit. He took away his line's chances of zone time by trying to do too much and losing the puck.

This was a fun game, much better than against the Blues. Once Morrissey is back and the Jets can hopefully get some PP goals and keep it up, they're looking like the team the did so good in the regular season again. But we'll see!!
