We had no real scoring chance while Dallas had 3-5 solid ones

Just because we are down 0-1 doesn’t mean we played horrible.

Driedger didn’t look good on that goal. Few individual mistakes here and there.

But it was far from an horrible period. We actually took control in the last 5 minutes.

Few defensive breaks downs we were lucky didnt cost us. We really didnt generate anything in the offensive zone.

Need to come out storming in the 2nd

we are lucky this is 1-0. but that goal was brutal. we are not getting many chances after our initial shots. that needs to change or we r going to lose

Dallas put 10 out of 12 shots on net while the Panthers only put 11 of 21 on net. Dallas Dmen doing the job blocking shot attempts.

I agree. But I don’t think we played a bad period.

They are working hard.

But it’s true that they have to find a way to get those scoring chances. We have to give Dallas’ D some credit though.

Randy Moller bringing up the same thing I saw a lot being posted about here over the weekend. It's 2021 and the NHL still doesn't have technologies to fix Ice patches other than a hockey puck. Watching them do that feels like living in the 1800s when they had to wash clothes by hand.
