So when Dubas is fired, what does the next leafs GM do to fix this?

Can't trade Taveras without retaining.

Is it a marner trade?

If Dubas gets fired or leaves to another team. A new GM couldn't trade Tavares without his Ok. He coulds trade Marner, Matthews or anyone provided that they are still with the team in the event that the is a management trade.

Kyle Dubas is by far the worst GM in the league. He acticely ruined the chances of one of the best cores in the league to win.

Put half of your cap in four one-dimensional forwards, never any space for a good goaltender or defenceman. Then complain when your $1 million goaltender doesn't carry the team against Steven Stamkos, Nikita Kucherov and Victor Hedman. Just unbelievable how stupid Dubas is.
