Bob Miller is the greatest, man. It's one thing to be a player who went through the tough times, or a trade, or whatever else. It's another thing to be a fan. And there's Bob Miller who has been part of the team for eons who sums it up and encompasses everything.

Bob Miller has been with the Kings through every ownership group in team history. Jack Kent Cooke, Dr. Jerry Buss, Bruce McNall, the short lived Joseph Cohen and Jeffery Sudikoff partnership, and Phil Anschutz and Ed Roski. When the day comes for Bob Miller to retire, I hope they give him a monumental ceremony. He truly does deserve to have a statue outside Staples Center, alongside Chick Hearn.

Magical indeed.

I swear I could hear MR chocking up when he said the word season, talking about himself and "Cartsie" how their season have been.

He's a pretty emotional guy. Can't imagine what that felt like after that season and what people were saying about him and Carter. I'm sure part of them thought they'd never get a chance to be teammates again.

I love how nonchalant Quick was too.

'You wanna Rock, Paper, Scissors for the Cup?'

'Family told me to take a longer lap. I just wanted to do it, I just didn't want to drop it.'

Lol, Quick is so awesome.

There can never be another magical Cup run than that. Even if we win another, it will never be as dominating and as unexpected as this one. Those records will be on the NHL books for quite sometime.

Thanks KV for giving us the ability to always remember.

I hadn't seen this video until at the game last night. They play these on the scoreboard about 15 minutes before puck drop.

Really choked me up at the end. Most people in the stands just sit and watch these, but you could hear a pin drop in the arena as this particular video ended, then applause and cheering.

This just wasn't another championship. This was a crescendo 45 years in the making. Clearly, the longer it takes, the more special it is.

On the main boards, you'll see so many fans of other teams denigrate Brown and sometimes call him "stupid" and "dumb" and question his intelligence for whatever reason. The guy is as well spoken and thoughtful as they come. How anyone could watch an interview with him for more than a few seconds and come away with that conclusion is beyond me. I'd have to question their intelligence instead.

I think this really comes down to the level of immaturity on these boards, and in particular the main boards.

Then again, seeing the melt-downs on other teams' boards is pure entertainment.

So, take the good with the bad.

Just watched this episode, I echo what everyone else is saying about Bob and the players emotionally but....

I really liked seeing Dean Lombardi standing there like Hannibal on the A Team saying "I love it when a plan comes together". Kings are really lucky to have a guy like DL running the show.
