My Rankings for cup contenders:
Tier 1: Avs, Panthers
Tier 2: Golden Knights, Oilers, Lightning
Tier 3: Stars, Jets, Leafs
Stars are incredibly deep at forward but their D core IMO is the worst of the contenders. Even when Heiskanen returns, their right side will still have 2 of of Ceci, Dumba and Lybushkin.
