The fact that this is a new "upper body injury" from that game and hit specifically is not good.

I'm 100% sure it's Brady making these calls.

Management probably has been hands off but I think they probably need to sit him down and have a frank discussion.

Who knows what his injury situation is though. It's not inconceivable that if the Sabres were playing meaningful games that he could be in the lineup. Since they're playing for nothing, why would they risk aggravating an injury for a long-term asset?

He's had 3 major shoulder injuries. I think fans are over feeling anxiety everytime he gives or takes a hit.

He's sitting due to the blindside headshot he took from Graves the other night. But the rest will help his hip as well.
