This is the place he’s buying. Actually 2 units. The smaller one rents to nurses that work in some big hospital a few blocks away. Both sides have been totally updated and they sold him all the furniture and belongings in both units for an $6K.
Great deal, whomever renovated that I doubt made much money, it was well done. North Adams is a cool town with the Art Museum.

Plus, in the Summer there are many artsy things to do like Tanglewood, plays and stuff at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Visit the Williams College Museum of Art or the Clark Art Institute. Bennington VT is a nice town in Southern VT (Just up rte 7)

I have been there often to visit my sis. she has lived there for over 40 years.

Wait no more wood stove??
lol.
no more stove. I will say I do miss stacking wood in that thing during the frigid days.
Sold the house and now I just have a bunch of cash. I able to pay off student loan credit card and truck loan.
It just feels a whole lot better not stressing bills and other stuff now.

As someone who once got sunburned indoors (who knew this could happen?), I feel your pain. I love the sun but the sun does not love me.
I got my first burn out of the way on that hot ass day last month.
Ill tan the rest of the summer.
Friday turned me brown. Was at Kimball farm all day in Westford. Place is awesome. Did batting cages, bumper boats, driving range. zipline. and par 3 and mini golf- and then came back to Worcester for the woosox game. My first time at polar park, and my god, what a nice park. I will never drive into boston to see a game again. Even if tickets were given to me.

We uncovered a 9 piece tessellation puzzle in the attic that looks like it's from the 80's. It's so simple that it becomes very annoying very quickly, so I can only spend 15 minutes at a time working at it. I have yet to figure it out, but I have to. I've made it 8 pieces in, with 3 different configurations, and 1 of those times I put the last piece in thinking I had it, but it was ever so slightly wrong. I'm too far gone. It needs to be solved.

Idk why homeboy made chicken and vodka saude with pasta from scratch at 10am but i wasnt mad at all

Was actually making my GM tostada with corn dip and 3 eggs covered in tomato relish and queso fresco

So in addition to the herbs out back, my neighbor and I are growing small tomatoes on the front porch :D

I infused some mint in my water the other night, quite tasty

I turned the soil in our garden this weekend and worked in a 15 cubic feet of peat moss and organic garden soil. Just me and a pitchfork with the dog supervising. Needed a handful of ibuprofen this morning.

Every Mother's Day, our tradition is to put the garden in, so it needed to be done this weekend. Cucumber, Tomatoes, Peppers and lettuce. We do the herbs in pots on our deck, along with a big pot for Romas and Cherry tomatoes. They're my snack when I'm grilling.
