Well, a good portion of Isles fans wanted Varly traded to get a pick not too long ago. And were pissed he was resigned because could have gotten a cheaper backup.

It’s like 12 days before game 1 and he’s been skating on his own. He’s not playing a NHL game for awhile.

They have 15 games in November, almost a game every other night, including an extended westerly Canadian trip for 2 weeks. That’s going to put a lot of pressure on the 2nd goalie.
