I just moved into my apartment yesterday and drove up this morning to find someone parked in my spot.

Do I leave a note, call the office or just wait for them to not be there and reclaim?

I'm sure it's just someone who doesn't realize that I live here now and was using the spot while it was vacant, but I live here now. So

Go speak with the manager. Have them deal with it.

JM, doesn't matter what you do. If that person lives there they'll eventually figure out you were the one who narc'd on them and bash your windows in.

And who the hell brags about owning a Subaru?
