GDT: Somebody start a real thread. Oilers vs Islanders, site looks like 1980 video game WTF

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
We’ve got the worst wingers in the league. I didn’t think it was possible for an entire group of them to play with Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid for almost an entire season and none of them be able to score.
I don't understand why established players come here and become shells of their former selves.

I have a feeling it's because they are told that everyone's job is to get McDrai the puck. It's why Broberg got neutered from being the best skater of his draft class into a DFD who was told to just move the puck quickly and never got a chance to utilize his wheels until it was too late.

Everyone else is brought in to get backpacked by our two goats and it completely f***s with their minds/games.

Been waiting to see who would make the first airhead play. Stecher gets it, let’s see who tries to hand them the next one.

So when Pickard said that he "sees eye-to-eye with Dustin Schwartz" did he mean that physically?
Did you see Noodles' breakdown of Skinner's butterfly. It's not even flush on the ice, nor does it take much of the lower net away. His mechanics and technique are so abysmal and below average. And it hasn't changed. Our goalie coach just caters Skinner's game to adhere to his fat lazy ass.
