Buffalo's is basically the same as the real one except the Sabres were swapped out for the swords from Aladdin and the Buffalo was shrunk.

I think this was a fun exercise to have done and really liked some of the results, but I think the Sabres interpretation sucks. I hate the Aladdin swords and the shrunken buffalo. I really like Florida and would like to see Buffalo done similarly - crossed sabres where we see the Florida flag and below - a buffalo superimposed over the shield of blue and gold.

Very neat stuff, I must say. Fantastic effort, AAAAAA+++++++ :handclap:

PS: not fond of the Bruins one though. Best to me it's St Louis... Very modern looking, minimalist...

Love the Montreal one. Hate the NYR one. Overall they are really good looking. I took me a few seconds to realize where Winnipeg was doe

Some of these look very good. :handclap:

But good lard do I hate the way it's done in Europe, with the sponsor having its logo in front and the team having only a small crest somewhere on the jersey.

They look great. I like the simplicity of Columbus', reminds me of a cross between Arsenal (cannon) and PSG (colour scheme).

The Sabres one is so much worse than their real one.

As several others have said, the scimitar-style swords are stupid, as is the tiny standing buffalo.

I also don't care for the style of the lettering around the periphery.

Also, why do so many of these logos incorporate stars?

12 of the logos feature stars. That's almost half the league.

The only team that should have stars in its logo is Dallas because of their name, and even in that case the single star is tiny and overshadowed by some giant weird creature that makes no sense.

Eastern conference ≥>>>>>>>>>>> Western conference.

Besides Edmonton, Vancouver Nashville and Chicago, the West is awful...

The stars indicate the number of championships won. One star usually stands for 1 championship won. For the more successful teams 1 star stands for 10 championships won.

You are missing the point. The crests are not meant to be original, they are inspired by existing crests. So they have features like stars that come from the original crest.

And those scimitar-style swords you refer to? Some call them sabres
