I feel it's been long enough now that people will cheer for him. Yashin got all cheers during the alumni game a few years back, so I'm sure Heater will get the same.

Heatley is a schmuck, but also I think how he was treated by the team was so ugly and showed what the future of the Sens would be - angry, petty, disorganized, bad in the media and not living the values of the community.

His return game was wild. I remember planning a huge, "Boo Heatley" group and we had 20 people head to the game. Obviously the city was out for blood. I still have the sweater I made with Whany Cheatley on the back. I can laugh about the rage I had, now.

Putting him out alone would not be nearly the same reception, they are very smart to staple him to Spezza and Alfie.

Also, why is he staring into the sun when taking the video? He could have looked anywhere, but he choose to burn his eyeballs and squint the entire time. He never struck me as being that smart, TBH.
