And on jumping into the lineup with a team that’s in a playoff race?

“You dream of it as a kid, but I’m playing for everyone else in here,” Snuggerud said. “I’m here to win hockey games. They’re the hottest team in the NHL, and I’m so lucky and grateful to be a part of it.”

My biggest fear was his "wanting" to be a St.Louis Blues player. If a new high end player comes onto a team that is struggling in the bottom of the league he may not like his situation or environment. Good players want to play for teams that compete and win. That's the caveat to the tank train / lose to win scenarios that alot of folks don't think about. I want players on the Blues who want to win and who really want to be here and rep the note. These snippets from Snuggy are encouraging. Our recent play is encouraging. I hope he has a great first game!
