This might be the worst game of Bedard's pro career.

I feel like there are 3-4 games lately this could have been said, especially with his lack of effort on the defensive side which seems to be getting worse.

I've already seen 4-5 games from him this season that are worse than anything I've seen last year. Its nothing too alarming but its a trend that i hope doesn't continue. I'm sure he will improve in time, and the rest of the team will too. But for now its been a poor start to the season for 98.

Bedard is frustrated.

He should be. Mostly with himself, hopefully that's what he's thinking. He should have the drive to be better, and expect better. He should also be smart enough to know the team isn't expected to be anything great yet, its a long process, and its gonna take time before he gets the proper help and a new coach. So for now all he can do is focus on himself. I've noticed the frustration too, he's noticeable not happy with how he's playing and that's a good thing. He will work hard to fix these things you'd think.
