Watched the highlites. Wish I seen more of that from Stu. Nice game by him.

Bouchard. Woof. His "holding the blueline: scares the sh** out of me this year. Everything seems kind of off with him this year.

Up next: PITT and then CHI is in town. Don't play these like that ANA loss...

Based on those highlights Bouchard should ride the pine on the first PP next game. You can’t constantly gift opportunities to the other team. That especially won’t fly in the playoffs

TSN turning point for sure.
To be fair to the Oilers, they had completely dominated the game up until that point. Only a heroic effort from Swayman kept it 1-0 that far into the game.

It wasn't so much a turning point as it was a... not turning point? But it definitely opened the floodgates a bit.

A short handed breakaway save that gets turned up ice for a goal to make it 2-0 isn’t a turning point for you? I guess what you’re saying is the oilers were dominating and so the save and goal were a continuation of that, but whatever you want to call it that save and subsequent goal were the defining moment int at game in my opinion.

We need the playoff Bouchard back, he was a huge part of last years playoff success. Sitting out a few shifts might not hurt him.

Oilers have won 15 straight January games and are a ridiculous 21-0-1 since their last regulation loss on January 9th, 2023 to the LA Kings
I think they like playing in January
Their New Year’s resolutions must be to be the most dominant team on Earth.

Solid win. Skinner was a beast. Don’t like that edm gave up so many breakaways (though it didn’t come back to bite them) and Bouchard and his continued brutal giveaways is concerning.

That was clearly the turning point and dagger to the bruins. Could have been tied up instead of a 2 goal lead.

Watch the bruins players reaction after mcd scores. McAvoy near center ice was mad and looked beaten.

Dominating doesn't mean a whole lot when you're only up by 1. Seen it too many times with the team. It was right then and there that the game was won.

Skinner was great tonight.

Skinner was pretty good tonight. Don’t you think?
He was great. No doubt. I've said over and over again he has the talent to be a real good starter. But he struggles waybill much with consistency. He isneither really good or super bad amd there is no in between and for the most part this season has been bad more then good
