Bob’s so happy he’s probably going treat himself to some Mediterranean chicken.

Had plans during the game but was able to watch the replay.
Some random thoughts on the game:

- I was impressed with our puck movement. The Defense was doing a great job of zipping the puck up fast to our forwards in transition.
- Great all around speed from our team. Dallas couldn’t keep up with us 5v5 for most of the game.
- Nuge was excellent in this one. Superb game from him on both sides of the puck.
- That was a stupid slashing penalty by Nurse on Hintz (Yes, Hintz was embellishing but you don’t give the refs any reason to call a penalty). If we stay out of the box, we win this series.
- Skinner had a couple of head scratching decisions with the puck which thankfully didn’t come back to bite us. Other than that, he looked really confident in the net tonight. That diving stick save was something else. I’m really happy for him despite not being his biggest supporter in the past.
- The score was actually deceiving as we could have easily had at least 6+ goals by my eye.

I made fun of HIntz, also seen NHL players maligning him for having to be carried off for a slash, but I think Nurse got him at the top of his skate. SOmewhere.

I didn't get to watch all of the game, but Janmark not scoring there in the 3rd is almost hilarious. Nurse taking that penalty in the 3rd when the Oilers should be laser focused on not taking dumb penalties is a total bone head play, like c'mon dude you're not a rookie in this league anymore.

Stupid, fortunately we were able to kill it off. If you're part of the leadership group on this team you have to be better than that. If they had scored on that PP it would have given them all kinds of life.
