I wish we could give Nurse away. He’s not totally useless but that contract, and the boneheaded plays.. I think our current D with Ekholm instead of Nurse would be dominant.

Also there's no way Nurse sits before Walman. Nurse played almost 4 minutes more than Walman, which shows what the coach thinks of them. Walman is great but he's in a more limited role.

I really really couldn't, unless he's trying to lose. Keeping the BEST players in the line up is more important. Walman has been the team's 3rd best defenseman, 2nd at times.

I was in favour of switching Perry out for Arvidsson but if Dallas wants to turn this into a trench fight then we'll probably need the worm.

Maybe at first we go 11-7 with Ekholm being the 7. Give him limited minutes and try some pairings with him. Then just decide when the time comes to stick Ekholm with Bouchard permanently

This is the most Hintz has done the last 2 weeks. He gets an extra grade on one score card for the holding knee writhing effect.

If I'm a Dallas fan I'm saying stay down, its your best play since round one.

Can Dallas go into the trenches? Marchment has a big mouth. Benn and that big dman can do some late cheap hits, if they can catch you while they look like they are skating in mud, but not exactly a punishing team.

It’s pretty sad that these coddled teams like Vegas and Dallas whine about the reffing after every loss. DaBore can’t stop yapping about how Nurse should have got five for a play that was nothing more than a minor, an everyday kind of slash. I’m sure they have been in contact with Gary and George demanding a suspension, which as bizarre as it sounds, I wouldn’t rule it out.
