The big difference tonight (as they said in the post game show) was the number of shots blocked. Many of them didn't get thru on the screen like they did in game #1.

Skinner keeps alternating between playoff Hellebuyck and regular season Hellebuyck.

Objectively funny Skinner has 3 shutouts in the playoffs.

Impossible to have confidence or momentum with this goalie, but on to game 3.

Team shutout achieved. 17 block shots and locked in team defense shutdown the Stars. Skinner adventure at times but made some really big saves. Bouchard's two way game has been excellent including top PK minutes. Nugent Hopkins quietly have a strong series with production and two way play. Gutty game again from Connor Brown playing through injury.

Got the split. Get this PP figured out. It has to be better.
