Skinner is the strangest goalie I've ever seen. He now has 3 shutouts in his last 4 games and gave up 5 last game.

Huge response after the game 1 catastrophe. Dallas has played only 1 good period in this series. Hopefully we get the 2 wins at home.

what a defensive effort and the PK was a buzzsaw. Give Skinner that extra second to set himself and he can be great. I'd still consider Pickard in over him when he's ready, but he's building some value here.

*unclenches* whew. Didn't want to bother posting after watching the 3rd period collapse last game, and white knuckled it until the final whistle. Real feast or famine with Skinner, and fortunately a feast tonight in spite of some puck handling gaffes.

Much better focus for a FULL 60, thankfully, and they come home with the split. Hopefully no lingering stuff from some of the hits I saw, and I hope Hintz stays out. Once again, Oilers showing their greatest nemesis is themselves and when they lock it down Dallas doesn't have it. Come on home for a... matinee (bloody NHL and their stupid choices, unless it's a scheduling thing) and get another win to keep this nascent streak rolling!
