He is a very peculiar skater in just about every way, I've rarely seen a player move quite like him. I've said it before, but at times it doesn't even look like he's wearing skates, to me at least. He moves like an NBA point guard would move, it's really strange. He's able to use this to it's maximum effect too, which is a different tool entirely.

The only person in the KHL who can shut down Demidov is his coach.

It's why I stopped watching the games.. I don't need to see more, I don't care about his point totals. He's a transcendent player who will turn our team around in short order.
