I don't agree with letting a penalty dictate the rest of the game's deployment (unless it's full stupid), but missing a shift or two over that is justifiable. Not a big deal but I'm not opposed to minor reinforcement.

Rotten Ronnie is different though. If he's not trying to send a message for him not extending, then he'll let him play, but if there's some chemical imbalance in his head he might bench him for that.

Got beat at the point for the tying goal on a PP.
Then he couldn't finish the best chances either team had in OT.
The coach stuck with him though.
1/3 in the shoot out hit the crossbar and then got the winner.

That was the best atmosphere I've seen in the KHL this season with two teams absolutely going for it in OT.
