No he isn’t. He has NHL-level skating and an NHL-level body, but playing in the NHL is more than just being physically ready for it.

You didn’t watch the Sharks prospect game I assume? Celebrini was the best player on the ice and Dickinson’s decision and play-making was weak and indecisive. He seemed a bit overwhelmed by the speed of the game and is clearly not NHL-ready.

I don't know if you can make an informed decision based on the setup of that prospect game. Not saying BDE is NHL ready but that I wouldn't use that game as the reason why.
