No one is going to offersheet Silovs.

This.

There's really no point, the amount of money it would take for the Canucks not to match would be dumb to sign him for. Even then - you basically have to make it 1 year, maybe 2 at max, which is still a big stretch. It would just be 1 year. Signing Silovs to anything more than 1-2 years at a significant amount is absurd.

He had a hot run. If someone wants to pay a 2nd or more I'd probably take it.

I really like Silovs and consider him a top-5 goaltending prospect at the moment. But ultimately that's not worth all that much.

Many fans in Abbotsford watching the AHL Canucks remarked that Nikita Tolopilo was as good if not better than Arty was down there last season.

If someone wants to offer sheet the guy, what kind of compensation would Vancouver be looking at?

I think teams targeting Silovs, whereby they would be moving out a pick to acquire a high AAV backup/prospect, would be talking to Nashville about Askarov.

Has a goalie ever neen offersheeted?

Ron Tugnutt and Arturs Irbe back in the day. I was a little surprised when San Jose traded for a 1st for Martin Jones in 2016 when they might have been able to get him for less on an offer sheet, but perhaps they didn't want to do business that way.

This was one year after the Blues had extended New Jersey captain Scott Stevens a Group II offer sheet that Lamoriello matched. There was educated expectation that St. Louis, run by Mike Keenan, would do the same with Brodeur.

Late that July, the Blues traded two first-round draft picks to Edmonton for Shayne Corson that would have been used as compensation for Brodeur. But within a week, St. Louis got them back in a deal for Curtis Joseph and Mike Grier, thus laying the groundwork for an expected bid on the then 23-year-old goaltender.

But for reasons never explained, the NHLPA entered into a hasty agreement with the NHL that defined reacquired draft picks as “encumbered” and thus could not be used as offer sheet compensation.

This action alienated Brodeur from the union.

It's Larry Brooks, so maybe that take with a grain of salt.
