My hypothesis about astrology was prompted by the very same real world psychological events. It started there. I did not seek out to make something true and search to explain from there. NO! I recognized a pattern. I did research and I came to those conclusions based on such research.
You recognized a pattern based on... the patterns which you had already seen presented as true by astrologists. That's exactly how confirmation bias works.
If you had done detailed research, you would have found that astrology has been proven (many times over) to have no predictive power. People simply hone in on whatever elements of a prediction appear to come true, unconsciously dismissing the parts that don't, and conclude that the prediction was right. It's even more effective when the prediction is vague, and designed to be "correct" under almost any set of circumstances. Read an astrological prediction and ask yourself, how much potential is there for this prediction to turn out completely and utterly wrong? Chances are, not very much.
For instance, we can see the direct physical relationship between the moon and our tides. If the moon can have that affect, why can't other heavenly bodies?
Other heavenly bodies DO have that effect. It's called gravity.
What are you suggesting that gravity can do to a person, exactly?
