At this point I would be happy with a conference final appearance.

I can’t answer this right now. It depends what they do in the playoffs.

If they lose in the 1st round again and Marner and Tavares play the way they have in the last 8 years? Hell no to both.

If they make it to the cup finals or ECF and they show out? Yes.

Cup finals - Yes
ECF - Not if it's a demoralizing loss. Different story if it's a battle.

Centers are so valuable, I could be talked into signing JT now as well need a 3C and if he's taking the ROR contract that's an awesome deal.

Marner is looking for a jackpot; it's just not a good fit for the team.

I'd think management would look at a ECF appearance, where we were very competitive, and run things back... I guess it would depend on how that would go.
