It’s a difficult spot as 8-12 weeks means Andersen can easily be back for the end of the regular season. If it were a full season injury it’s an easier decision.

I think Carolina pushes through with Kochetkov/Martin and watches the waiver wire.

It’s a hard yes. They can’t have Kochetkov-Martin going into the playoffs, and Andersen is cooked at this point.
