Should Jagr get exempted into the HHOF?

They could start counting from whenever he stopped being a full time player. But i don’t think it matters that much.

I love Datsyuk but he's not top 10 all time. Plus, he played a more full-time role in the KHL than what Jagr is doing.
I wouldn't be surprised if Crosby and Ovechkin get in immediately upon retirement.

Jagr will have to wait three years after he quits playing like everybody else. The Selection Committee doesn't have the power to induct anybody outside of the general rule (which also means no waiving of the 3-year waiting period for any player). There's no mechanism for it to happen otherwise.
The only possibility would be for the Board of the HHOF to change the bylaws governing the induction process, and I don't think there's any reason for them to do that.
No, the Selection Committee is not able to induct any player immediately. It's out of their power to do so.

I would have no problem for them if they gave him a pass before his father passed away if they wanted to and was important for him or any reason of the sorts
I like the Gretzky is the last one narrative and it is the highest level league of his country that he is playing in, so otherwise a health type reason, it make sense to make him wait. To keep it hockey hall of fame and not NHL hall of fame, even if there is a big bias.

No. Though if Jagr was to learn in 4 months that he's may not make it to 2026, absolutely.

This seem to be missing, would it have been say to be done the summer just before the Penguins retire his jersey during the first game and have a media tour or something, before his dad die, Jagr himself having health issue. I would probably not need a big reason to be convinced for an exception, but at least one.
Waiting as if he was still a pro hockey player (which he is) is also honoring the fact he still play and the league he play in, argument could be made that it would be diminishing the highest Czech league to not count it.

There's also not enough Czechs in the HHOF.
It would be great to see Holecek or Martinec make it and have Jagr inducted alongside them.

There's a decent chance we're in the last or second last year for Jagr in Kladno anyways. His play has fallen off quite a bit the last two seasons. As late as 19-20 he was still putting up a strong season and, while slow, was a very capable player for the league.
He's slowed down quite a bit. He misses games. It's getting to a point where the Czech league is too high level for him.
He turns 53 in a couple months. He won't do it forever. His jersey is retired in Pittsburgh. His father passed away. He's going to hang up the skates.

Are Howe and Lafleur the only inducted HHOF members who came out of retirement and played in the NHK AS Enshrined members?

Mario Lemieux did that AND also won two best-on-best internationnal tournaments as an enshrined HHOF member.

Mario Lemieux was enshrined in 1997 and returned in 2000.
He had the waiting period waived. Lafleur had to wait the three years, but still came back.

Gretzky was the last one to have the waiting period waived. He got in immediately to the point where they did not induct anyone else in 1999, just him. But then they made the rule that this would be the last time. Granted, they can also make the rule that people are eligible again.
If I recall, the only ones to have the waiting period waived were Howe, Rocket, Beliveau, Orr, Gretzky and Lemieux. Correct me if I forgot someone. Sawchuk too, but that is probably because of his death that ended his career. Even Bobby Hull had to wait three years. Doug Harvey too.
Maybe it is for the best. I know when they placed the rule in the idea was that Ray Bourque was going to be one of the guys that they would have waived it for. But if you go back to picking and choosing it might open up a can of worms in the internet age. Would Crosby, Jagr, McDavid and Ovechkin be the types they would waive it for? Probably. But they won't, and I am alright with that.

Lemieux is a good indicator of why the 5-year rule makes sense.
Agreed in this specific instance it doesn't make sense for Jagr since at this point he is a part time player more for gimmick/to sell tickets for a team he is the owner of. Even Datsyuk wouldn't make sense, as he was a full time player in the KHL and theoretically could have done another NHL stint.

I would not have got Clapper, Lindsay or Kelly either (even if I had seen that list before and was not surprised, still forget about them being on it every time):
- 1947 – Dit Clapper retired on February 12, 1947.
- 1961 – Maurice "Rocket" Richard retired following the 1960-61 season.
- 1966 – Ted Lindsay retired in 1965.
- 1969 – Leonard "Red" Kelly retired in 1967.
- 1971 – Terry Sawchuk passed away in Summer of '70.
- 1972 – Jean Beliveau retired in 1972.
- 1972 – Gordie Howe retired in 1972, came out of retirement in 1973.
- 1979 – Bobby Orr retired in 1979 due to knee injury.
- 1997 – Mario Lemieux retired in 1997, came out of retirement in 2000.
- 1999 – Wayne Gretzky retired in 1999.
