Colorado probably wouldn't entertain trading either of them but its hf

Personally, picks and futures (except for McAvoy), and nothing that takes away from the current top 6 forward or top 3 defenseman on the roster now.

Zboril/Debrusk, 1st (lotto protected), and NHL ready AHLer
(and throw in one of McQuaid or Miller for salary/roster adjustment, or we'll just move on in a subsequent move).

Preferably a defensively sound defenseman, with decent hockey IQ; not necessarily needed to contribute offensively, but wouldn't hurt.

Looking for a partner for Krug; that isn't Adam McQuaid (or Kevan Miller). That would be an upgrade to either of them.

Ideally, a short term/stop gap player until the rest of the prospects develop, but not a straight up rental, but perhaps someone who has a contract expiring in 2018 or 2019, that won't break the bank to acquire (ie. not the cost of acquiring Trouba or similar).

(ideally, a prime Johnny Boychuk type player between 26-30 years old, not on a long term contract or a veteran that has declined, but can still play)

Clarification: Looking to see who would possibly be available via the fans of some other teams out there. The only prerequisites are being a RH D, be an improvement to Adam McQuaid or Kevan Miller.

Fayne your man minus offence . He can be had now rather then wait for he 2nd rd pick at the end of the year .

Didn't view Stepan or Zuc now as insufficient vs McAvoy later
but to each their own

The thing is that what the Bruins need the most is McAvoy, it just isn't smart to move a player that you need for a player that is a stop gap player and they need a stop gap player to be there until McAvoy is ready not instead of him. This doesn't work for the Bruins past this season.
